DESIGN
We use powerful 3D CAD software when designing our products. It allows each component to be checked and tested before going into production and gives us complete confidence that they are mechanical and structurally sound. It also enables us to share designs with clients, so you’ll know every detail is perfect before we manufacture it.
QUALITY CONTROL
As well as quality checking throughout the manufacturing process, all equipment goes through a final Q.C. check prior to despatch. This includes a full build of every product and component, ensuring everything is fully operational and finished to the required quality.
TESTING
Our equipment undergoes strict strength and safety tests, including break tests, load tests, and cycle tests, all designed to ensure the products are safe and strong enough for long-term use in a commercial gym environment. All our equipment is fully compliant with BS EN 957 and EN ISO 20957.
WARRANTIES
To further back up the quality of our designs, materials, and manufacturing process, all our manufactured products are backed with an industry leading life-time warranty on frames and weld.
