The Gympac tricep curl bar with brass bushes is designed to work the muscles from different angles and to reduce the stress that a straight barbell can place on the joints in the arm (the wrists, elbows and forearms) by allowing for a much more ergonomic grip of the bar. Compatible with any Olympic plates, it features a solid nickel plated finish with two brass bushes in each end, giving you a smoother spin with no annoying bolts to fall out. Description
Our Black Bumper plates are ideal for functional training and Olympic weightlifting. Made from a strong virgin rubber, these plates are designed to withstand serious punishment.
The compact structure of these plates reduces the bounce and allows for efficient absorption of force when dropped from overhead.
These plates have been designed to fit seamlessly around our Olympic barbells. Olympic barbells are standardised with 50mm shaft diameters, so these plates will fit perfectly. Barbell collars should be used to create even more stability.

Introducing the TESIRO Buffalo Bar which is cambered to provide stress relief on your back and making your squats more comfortable!
The camber angle helps you maintain a neutral position while reducing stress on your shoulder bicep tendon. This increases your core stability while squatting.
