The structure of these plates allows for efficient absorption of force when dropped from overhead. These plates have been designed to fit seamlessly around our Olympic barbells. Olympic barbells are standardised with 50mm shaft diameters, so these plates will fit perfectly. Barbell collars should be used to create even more stability.
