The GS03 Squat Rack With Lat Pulldown and Seated Row has been designed for maximum functionality without requiring a lot of space. Heavy Gauge Steel Frame The frame is finished with a high grade scratch-resistant power coating, that not only looks great but will provide many years of protection against wear and tear. J Hooks Fully adjustable J hooks have been fitted with nylon inserts, to prevent scratches and protect your barbells and the J hooks during re-racking. They also come with a pull pin to lock them into the upright during use. Spotter Arms Fully adjustable, extra-long Spotter Arms have also been fitted with nylon inserts, to prevent scratches and protect your barbells. Weight Plate Storage Pegs There are 8 Weight plate storage pegs. 6 pegs have been spaced apart to fit Olympic plates. 2 pegs on the bottom are spaced further apart to store larger diameter bumper plates.
